Job Title: Human Resources Coordinator - Hybrid

About the Role:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated Human Resources Coordinator. This role will report to our Head of Human Resources and enable us to continue to scale in the healthcare industry.
What You'll Do:
- Conduct clerical duties in a detail-oriented manner; including data entry, filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails, preparing documents
- Assist with onboarding process, including background checks, submitting onboarding tickets, new hire account setup, I-9 verification, creation and distribution of employee
- ID badges
- Respond to inquiries from staff, vendors and clients about programs, policies and other related areas
- Assist with general recruiting tasks including: scheduling interviews, communicating with hiring manages and assembling paperwork packets
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
- Establish and maintain department records reports
- Collaborate with other teammates on various assigned HR projects
- Other HR-related duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of BA/BS degree
- Minimum of 1 year in an office setting preferred
- Previous HR experience a plus

Environmental Job Requirements and Working Conditions:
- This position is on a hybrid schedule, where you will work in-office and at home on a weekly basis. The office is located at 1668 S. Garfield Avenue Alhambra CA 91801. The expectation is to work 3 days a week in-office and the rest of the week from home after completing 2 months of training fully onsite.
- This is a full-time position, M-F 830-5.
- The target pay range for this role is $22 - 25 per hour.
