Job Title: Compliance Analyst

About the Role: 
We are currently seeking a highly motivated Compliance Analyst. This role will report to the Manager - MSO Compliance and enable us to continue to scale in the healthcare industry.  
 
 
 What You'll Do:  
  • Maintains audit calendar, manages department inbox and independently provides responses to external stakeholders regarding compliance inquiries. 
  • Facilitates weekly inter-departmental deliverable meeting and ensures resolution of meeting action items. 
  • Tracks the status and completion of department deliverables via project management software. 
  • Performs ongoing internal risk assessment and audits to proactively identify potential issues.  
  • Collaborates and interfaces internally and externally for compliance related activities as needed. 
  • Works on ad hoc projects, routine assignments, and recurring tasks under the direction of Compliance leadership.  
  • Manages time effectively and meets expected deadlines.  

 

Qualifications:  
  • High School diploma required, Bachelor’s degree preferred. 
  • 1+ years of related compliance experience, healthcare preferred. 
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare industry standards. 
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.  
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.  
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize assigned tasks.  
  • Strategic thinking skills to provide practical advice with an awareness of legal risks in the business context.  
  • Intermediate MS Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel required.

Environmental Job Requirements and Working Conditions:  
  • Our organization follows a hybrid work structure where the expectation is to work both in office and at home on a weekly basis.
  • The target pay range for this role is: $26-30/hr. This range represents our national target range for this role.
