About The Role:
We are seeking a visionary and dynamic Director of Clinic Operations to play a key role in spearheading the operational and financial oversight of our healthcare groups. This senior role demands a strategic thinker with a proven track record in managing large-scale healthcare operations within a managed care setting. The Director will be instrumental in driving operational excellence, ensuring regulatory compliance, and cultivating a culture of continuous improvement and innovation across our clinics.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage operational and financial oversight of clinics within the region, and responsible for direct/indirect reports.
- Assist in overseeing clinics within the region with P&L responsibility.
- Key player in overseeing all ambulatory care operations, including primary care, specialty clinics, and pediatrics.
- Collaborate closely with centralized cross-functional teams to implement smooth operational workflows.
- Lead initiatives related to Risk Adjustment, HEDIS, CGHAPS, STAR, Medicare, and other relevant metrics.
- Strategize action plans to address gaps in patient care and ensure excellence in performance.
- Manage new location buildouts to support patient growth and expansion.
- Integrate established IPA clinics into the Group model clinics.
- Lead Managed Care and Population Health initiatives across the designated area.
- Present and work closely with executive leadership team.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in clinical operations within a value-based care or managed care setting.
- Strong leadership, strategic planning, and operational management skills.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth understanding of value-based care models, managed care principles, and healthcare regulations.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Strategic thinker with a focus on achieving business goals and driving operational excellence.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Environmental Job Requirements and Working Conditions:
- Our organization follows a hybrid work structure where the expectation is to work both in the office and at home on a weekly basis. The office is at 1668 S. Garfield Avenue, Alhambra, CA.
- The annual total compensation target pay range for this role is: $155,000 - $165,000. This salary range represents our national target range for this role.
