Job Title: Strategic Initiatives Manager (Office of the CEO)

About the Role:
Astrana Health is seeking an emotionally intelligent, intellectually curious, and dynamic Strategic Initiatives Manager to support our Office of the CEO. Reporting to our Chief of Staff to the CEO, you will play a key role in executing high-priority projects that drive our growth and operational excellence.
 
From its founding 30+ years ago, Astrana Health has continued to lead the value based care as an outlier in patient outcomes, financial outcomes, and values. Every project the Strategic Initiatives Manager would spearhead would be critical to maintaining that standard internally at Astrana and externally in the market.

What You'll Do:
  • Support Strategic Projects: Assist in standing up and building out priority initiatives that align with our leadership team's goals.
  • Project Management: Contribute to the management of multiple high-value projects, including coordinating meetings, creating project plans, and tracking progress.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Assist in conducting high-impact analytics workstreams, using data to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful execution of projects.
  • Content Creation: Help develop strategy decks, presentations, and materials for board meetings, investor relations, and company townhalls.
  • Vendor & Partnership Management: Support the management of vendor relationships and key business partnerships, including executive-level correspondence.
  • Workflow Optimization: Assist in designing and improving workflows, playbooks, and documentation to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Regular Reporting: Contribute to preparing regular and ad-hoc reports for executives, summarizing analytics, metrics, and key updates.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of bachelor’s degree, Graduate degree is a plus.
  • 2-4 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, investing, product management, or related fields.
  • Strong technical and quantitative background with experience in data analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to synthesize key takeaways for management and influence stakeholders.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
  • A genuine passion for improving healthcare outcomes and advancing value-based care.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Environmental Job Requirements and Working Conditions:
  • This is a remote position based in the US.
  • The target pay range for this role is: $120,000 – 140,000. The salary range represents our national target range for this role.
