Title: Senior Associate – Clinic Operations
Department – Strategy and Operations  
 
About the Role:
The Senior Associate – Clinic Operations will play an integral role in developing and implementing strategic initiatives for our brick-and-mortar clinics located in the Los Angeles area. This person will be responsible for data analytics pertaining to strategic initiatives and clinic operations, maintaining dashboards, developing practice transformation objectives, and presenting information to executive teams on a consistent basis.
 
What You’ll Do:
 
  • Lead data analysis efforts to directly inform executive decision-making.
  • Drive market research initiatives to identify growth and new market entry strategies.
  • Transform complex data sets into actionable strategic insights.
  • Develop and present key strategic recommendations to leadership.
  • Evaluate investment opportunities and assess acquisition targets for strategic fit and synergy.
  • Manage ad-hoc projects related to corporate development, operations or another strategic initiative as needed.
  • Play a key role in the integration and transformation of newly acquired entities.
  • Drive efficiency and quality care across clinics through data-driven insights.
  • Be directly responsible for project managing high-impact initiatives to improve clinic operations.
  • Establish key performance indicators to measure project and strategic success.
  • Build repeatable, sustainable processes through playbooks and automation.
  • Foster a team culture centered on continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Implement best practices and process improvements across teams.
  • Coordinate inter-departmental initiatives for strategic alignment and operational excellence.
 
Qualifications: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • Strongly proficient in PowerPoint and Excel
  • One or more years of data analytics experience
  • PowerBI experience strongly preferred 
  • Strong communication skills, ability to communicate effectively with executive team
  • Clinical operational experience
 
Preferred Qualifications: 
  • SQL experience
  • Extensive data analytics experience
  • Practice transformation experience

Environmental Job Requirements and Working Conditions: 
  • Our organization follows a hybrid work structure where the expectation is to work both in office and at home on a weekly basis. The office is located at 1668 S. Garfield Avenue, Alhambra, CA 91801. Travel to clinic locations is required up to 25%.
  • Our target pay range for this position is $80-100K annually.
