Job Title: Credentialing Operations Clerk 
Department: Operations - Credentialing
 
About the Role: 
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Clerical Support team member to join our Provider Credentialing Team. This position will focus on data cleanup, data entry, assist with initial application intake, health plan audits, and will train on various aspects of the credentialing process. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to supporting our mission of ensuring high-quality provider credentialing.
 
What You’ll Do 
  • Review and verify provider data for accuracy and completeness in the credentialing database.
  • Enter new provider information and updates into the system, ensuring adherence to organizational standards.
  • Assist in preparing and conducting audits for health plan credentialing requirements.
  • Collect and compile necessary data and reports for audit purposes.
  • Perform other clerical duties as assigned to support the smooth operation of the team.
 
Qualifications: 
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in healthcare administration or related field is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role, preferably in healthcare or credentialing.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with database management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

  • Previous experience with CredStream or other credentialing software/databases
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations

Environmental Job Requirements and Working Conditions: 
  • This is a hybrid position reporting to our corporate office in Monterey Park, CA.
  • The target pay range for this role is $18-20/hr. This salary range represents our national target range for this role.
