As a Assistant Manager, you will maintain accounting books of allocated portfolio of clients, review and validate financial statements/NAV calculations with minimal senior supervision. You will also assist in monitoring of the ongoing reporting process, e.g. investor, client and regulatory reporting.

 

In your first few weeks in this Assistant Manager role, you can expect to:

  • Maintain accounting books of the allocated portfolio of clients, review and validate financial statements/NAV calculations with minimal senior supervision
  • Undertake timely and accurate processing/reconciling of all fund transactions
  • Assist in monitoring of the ongoing reporting process (e.g Liquidity Management incl Invoice processing/ coordination, monitoring of capital movements etc)
  • Prepare and implement entity customer-specific procedures concerning the administration and reporting requirements

 

To apply for this Assistant Manager role, your soft skills, expertise and experience should include:

  • Good knowledge of alternative fund structures and asset classes (i.e real estate, private equity, private debt)
  • Good accounting knowledge of Private Equity/ Real Estate/ Private debt funds, Holding Companies, SPVs etc (Lux GAAP / IFRS / NAV)
  • Experience in consolidation (an advantage)
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
