Account Opening Officer

 

Apex is currently looking for an Account Opening Team in Bulgaria to support our Onboarding and Account Management department in Luxembourg. The Account Opening officer roles come with a generous salary and benefits package.
As part of the Account Opening team, you will manage and review AML/KYC documentation relevant to opening bank accounts for Apex clients. You will act as first reviewer at a local level to provide clean files to the department in Luxembourg to be approved for the opening of client accounts.
In addition, you can expect to:
  • Adhere to regulatory requirements regarding AMLKYC, CRS and FATCA/QI
  • Communicate regularly with the Luxembourg team, other EDB departments and clients to resolve AML&KYC and other regulatory issues related to clients’ accounts.
To apply for this Account Opening Team role, your soft skills, expertise and experience should include:
  • 1-2 years of experience in the banking sector
  • Excellent knowledge of English, any other languages would be considered as an advantage, especially French and/or German
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Attention to detail
  • Problem solving attitude.
