The Apex Group is looking for a Director - Corporate Services in St Helier, and the role comes with an attractive salary and benefits package. This is a permanent, full-time role that comes with a favourable salary and the chance to join an inclusive and collaborative team.

Reporting to the Head of Corporate Services, Jersey, the Director will support the business in the delivery of the operational and administration service to their clients. This is a varied role which will involve promoting and supporting the aims of the company and performing the duties of the role diligently and professionally.

In your first few weeks in this Director of Corporate Services role, you can expect to:

  • Participate in the management of the company by attending regular business and management meetings and put forward suggestions for improvement or change
  • Act as line manager to client directors who lead client services administration teams
  • Take responsibility for your team(s) and direct reports, and supervise, monitor and appraise individual staff
  • Operate at director level on the boards of the client entities (where and when appropriate)

To apply for this Director - Corporate Services role, you will need relevant experience working in a managerial capacity in an offshore financial institution, preferably within a corporate, funds or real estate administration environment. You will also require the following:

  • A thorough understanding of Jersey compliance rules/regulations/codes of practice
  • Strong interpersonal skills and technical experience from a background in offshore corporate or fund administration.
