APEX Group is looking for a Senior AML/KYC Officer in Luxembourg. This full-time Senior AML/KYC Officer role has a generous salary and benefits package.
As a Senior AML/KYC Officer, you will contribute to the day-to-day management of the AML and Registration teams within Transfer Agency Operations for our Luxembourg clients and act as an escalation point for complex AML queries from team members.
In your first few weeks in this Senior AML/KYC Officer role, you can expect to:
- Supervise the timely and accurate provision of our services in line with the terms of the Administration and Service Level agreements (SLAs) signed with clients
- Support the teams with the usual processes as and when required
- Interact with senior management on governance-related matters
- Oversee AML processes to ensure company and regulatory objectives are achieved
To apply for this Senior AML/KYC Officer role, your soft skills, expertise, and experience should include:
- Good regulatory knowledge and an appreciation of operational best practices
- Relevant AML training
- Experience in a similar role
- Review of AML & other regulations and developments and inform Compliance and ExCo of impact on procedures and processes;
- Develop strong working relationships with Clients, MLRO's, shareholders, regulators, auditors and other external and internal parties as required;
- Provide advice and guidance on regulatory requirements (internal);
- Assist Team Managers in explaining regulatory requirements to clients and investors;
- Use appropriate tact and diplomacy when exchanging complex or sensitive information with internal or external stakeholders;
