APEX Group is seeking a Custody & Reporting Officer to support our department Custody Operations. This is a full-time role based in Luxembourg that comes with a favourable salary and benefits package.
The European Depositary Bank is a provider of Banking, Depositary and Custody services within the APEX Group Ltd, a global financial services provider. In this international environment, you will participate in all advantages and benefits of a collective bargaining agreement for bank employees.
The role and key responsibilities:
  • Managing corporate action events
  • Booking and validating of corporate actions and income events
  • Interacting / Escalating with our Sub-custodians and customers
  • Responding and actively working on customer complaints and all kinds of inquiries
  • Actively participating in process changes and adaptations

  • Good understanding of economic relationships and the processes of a bank
  • Excellent analytical and decision-making skills, as well as a structured way of working
  • Ability to work successfully both autonomously and within teams
  • Profound knowledge of Clearstream and CitiDirect
