The European Depositary Bank, an Apex Group Company is looking for an experienced and collaborative Client Service Manager to join our inclusive team in Dublin. This full-time custody operations management hybrid role comes with a favourable salary and benefits package.

 

As a Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for the management of the custody operations team to ensure a high-level service. You will also oversee workflows performed by the team, manage day-to-day interaction with custody clients, and ensure timely delivery of client deliverables and reporting required by the relevant stakeholders.

 

In your first few weeks in this Custody Operations Manager role, you can expect to:
  • Monitor and review performance of daily and monthly risk and control checks, ensuring all workflow controls are implemented to ensure all custody responsibilities are carried out in accordance with procedures
  • Maintain governance over the responsibilities and deliverables of the team and ensure appropriate oversight in place to mitigate risk and minimise incidents, managing MRI process and handle escalations as needed
  • Ensure effective operating models are in place within custody operations to achieve operational and cost targets.

  • 3-5 years of experience working with various custody products, including custody trade processing and settlements
  • Experience in payment environment and technical skills in payment formatting and payment infrastructure
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills
