Business Support Associate

Description
As a Business Support Associate, the role is to focus on handling both inbound and outbound calls to provide exemplary customer service to our clients. You will also collect, receive, sort, and distribute mail to the proper recipients or departments. 
Job specification  
  • Respond to queries by phone and email in a timely manner for a portfolio of funds on various clients
  • Be the first contact point for investors, financial advisors, and clients
  • Organising and maintaining the mailroom and all supplies
  • Ensuring all equipment in the mailroom is in working order
  • Liaising with IT when mailroom equipment requires maintenance, repairs, or replacement
  • Preparing and executing all mailouts, including the franking of envelopes
Skills Required:
  • Exceptional keyboard skills
  • The ability to work well under pressure
  • A customer service focus with professional personal presentation
  • A high level of attention to detail
  • An understanding and interest in financial markets.
