Description

Apex is currently looking for a Periodic Review Officer in Bulgaria to support our Onboarding and Account Management department in Luxembourg. This full-time AML/KYC review role is based in Sofia and offers a favourable salary and benefits.
 
As an AML and KYC Review Officer, you will review accounts by adhering to Luxembourg regulatory requirements regarding AML/KYC by checking electronic files, static data and external sources.
 
If you were already in this AML/KYC role, here are some of the areas you would have been working in this week:
  • Client screening and related processes
  • Identify and request any customer due diligence documentation that is outdated and missing following client screening
  • Follow-up any further due diligence requirements (review of documents received from clients and provide them with appropriate feedback)
  • Send reminders to clients in compliance with the Bank’s procedure, blocking/unblocking accounts and update the Banking system accordingly.

  • 1-2 years of experience in the banking sector
  • Excellent knowledge of English
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Attention to detail
