Apex is looking for a Client Director to join our inclusive and collaborative team in Saint Helier. This full-time Client Director comes with a generous salary and benefits package, including the chance to join a thriving company.

 

As a Client Director, you will support the business in the delivery of administration services to clients, including the provision of director services. This is a varied role that includes leading administration teams, taking responsibility for a portfolio of clients, being involved in business development and taking the lead in new business proposals and client pitches.

 

In your first few weeks in this Client Director role, you can expect to:

  • Direct a busy team of staff, delivering exceptional company secretarial, administration and financial reporting services to a portfolio of corporate and/or fund structures – which may include key clients
  • Take ownership for the client and intermediary relationships within your designated portfolio of clients
  • Be responsible for the ongoing development of your team by providing coaching and technical expertise
  • Work as part of the capital market management team assisting the head of department in meeting targets.

  • Good interpersonal skills and technical experience from a background in corporate services, fund administration or fiduciary services
  • Personal qualities of integrity, good communication skills, discretion and tact
  • A focus on great delivery/outcomes for the client
  • Preferably previously approved by the Jersey Financial Services Commission as a principal person.
