The successful candidate will work within the Guernsey fund administration team to service a wide range of investment fund structures. The position is varied and offers a chance to gain exposure to all aspects of fund administration. The role involves working closely with clients and other members of the team locally and in South Africa.
In this role, you can expect to:
  • Act as day-to-day relationship lead for allocated client groups, ensuring all fund administration tasks are carried out and client service levels are maintained
  • Review and approve NAVs prepared by the South Africa team before distribution
  • Ensure compliance of authorised B schemes with GFSC B scheme rules and Trustee requirements etc.,
  • Provide input and sign-offs for client Mancos, particularly where they operate as Principal Manager to administrated B schemes
  • Complete or monitor the completion of regulatory and registry filings as necessary

  • Ability to oversee outsourced TA operations
  • Knowledge of Guernsey and Regulatory requirements
  • Experience in the financial services industry with an emphasis on fund administration
  • Qualifications in accounting, compliance, corporate investments or portfolio management
  • Excellent computer skills, especially in Word
