Do you have Company Secretarial Manager experience, and are you seeking a new job in Guernsey? Apex Group is looking for a full-time Company Secretarial Manager, and the hybrid role comes with an excellent salary and benefits package. 
In your first few weeks in this Company Secretarial Manager role, you can expect to: 
  • Provide technical support to the team and client boards
  • Arrange and attend client board and shareholder meetings
  • Support committees and working parties such as the Board of Directors etc
  • Prepare board packs for distribution in advance of board meetings
  • Liaise with Directors, Promoters, Investment Advisors and Shareholders to arrange relevant meetings and resolutions
  • Handle correspondence before and after meetings
To apply for this role, your soft skills, expertise, and experience should include: 
  • Six years of relevant experience (including a management-level period)
  • An understanding of company law and fund administration
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A good team player with excellent MS Word and Excel skills
