The Business System Specialist will maintain and support core line of business applications. You will also configure and set-up according to business requirements and communicate with vendors and administrators.
In your first few weeks in this Business System Specialist role, you can expect to:
- Monitor, troubleshoot and analyse issues within the systems
- Assist in client on-boarding and new systems implementation projects
- Document changes and design of the application
- Provide sound, quality and technical guidance to clients and internal stakeholders.
