Operational Oversight Manager
Description
Apex Group has an exciting opportunity for an Operational Oversight Manager to join our inclusive and collaborative team in Guernsey. This is a fixed term full-time position within a small team, and it comes with a generous salary and benefits package.
You will be responsible for overseeing and assessing the efficiency of operational teams, investigating operational incidents and breaches to undertake root-cause analysis and propose corrective action.
In this role, you can expect to undertake:
- Assisting in identifying and evaluating risk areas across all activities of the business
- Identifying and investigating root causes of operational risks and providing support to mitigate risk
- Reviewing positive feedback received from clients to apply best practices across the business
- Monitoring process change requests to ensure due process is followed and implementation is effective.
