Apex Group has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and collaborative Assistant Manager (Company Secretarial) to join our inclusive and welcoming team. This remote role has a favourable salary and the chance to join a progressive and inclusive workplace culture. 
If you were already in this Assistant Manager (Company Secretarial) role, here are some of the areas you would have been working in this week: 
  • Handling a full set of company secretsarial matters for entities in different jurisdictions
  • Providing board support, organising meetings of board of directors and board committees and preparing board packs and minutes
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory disclosure, reporting and statutory filing requirements
  • Maintaining statutory records, including minute books, statutory registers, common seals, etc
To apply for this Assistant Manager (Company Secretarial) role, your soft skills, expertise, and experience should include: 
  • At least five years of relevant experience with professional firms/listing companies
  • Proactive attitude with good interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Knowledge in Diligent and CSA
  • Proficiency in using MS Office i.e Excel, Word
