Apex is looking for an experienced Investor Relations Associate to join our inclusive and collaborative team in Tel Aviv-Yafo. This full-time financial services role comes with an excellent salary and benefits.
As an Investor Relations Associate, you will cover an assigned set of funds as a knowledgeable and professional point of contact for fund investors, fund managers and internal teams regarding fund documentation, investor registries and AML/KYC processing.
To give you an idea of how this role would look and feel, here are some of the things you could expect to do:
- Work with implementation and other internal teams to onboard new fund investors
- Conduct and communicate AML and KYC checks for potential and current investors
- Collaborate with all relevant parties using effective verbal and written communication to ensure deadlines and client deliverables are being met in a timely and accurate manner
- Maintain knowledge of assigned funds, fund timelines, deal documentation and related processes
- Adhere to established policies, procedures, and controls.
