Apex Group has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Client Service Manager to join our inclusive team. As a Client Service Manager in the Transfer Agency Team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient running of your area, making sure that outputs align with the Company’s procedures. You will also be dealing with/facilitating all client requests for output whilst adhering to the company's SLAs. 
In this role, you can expect to: 
  • Provide leadership to Transfer Agency across the local client book
  • Manage and allocate client service tasks to service delivery teams
  • Ensure Transfer Agency tasks are planned and executed accurately, on time and to a high quality
  • Review the time recording and billing to ensure accuracy
  • Monitor and actively follow up for the timely collection of Apex Fees
Your soft skills, expertise, and experience should include: 
  • Excellent leadership skills and the ability to mentor and coach team
  • An understanding of fund structures and the fund administration business
  • The ability to work in a demanding environment and adapt to changing priorities
