The Role & Key Responsibilities

  • Provision of operational support in the cash flow monitoring
  • Provision of operational support in the safekeeping of other assets (asset verification, timely settlement checks, record keeping)
  • Provision of operational support in the oversight (cash & stock reconciliation, fee accrual checks, income distribution checks, checks on outstanding shares, valuation checks, investment restriction checks, subscription & redemption checks)
  • Provision of KPI reports and support in the creation of further fund related reporting
  • Performance of any other Depositary related tasks in case required and based on individual request

 The operational support refers to the request and collection of documentation forming the basis for the performance of the cash flow monitoring, safekeeping and oversight. Nevertheless this reflects the initial setup, which is intended to be extended with regard to the tasks itself as well as the materiality of support provided.

Skills Required

  • Successful graduation, preferably in Finance / Business Administration
  • Up to 5 years of relevant practical experience in the Finance sector (e. g. Banks, Audit Firms)
  • Autonomous and solution oriented working style
  • Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong knowledge of quality control techniques / procedures
  • Ability to work under pressure and to fixed deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills in English, other languages are an advantage
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office products
