Position: Team Member, Product Performance and Pricing Team

Location: Pune, India

Experience Required: 5+ years in finance, operations, or a related field, preferably with exposure to financial services and pricing and fee proposals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform quality assurance checks on a high volume of client proposals, ensuring adherence to standards.
• Identify potential cross-sale opportunities to enhance proposal value.
• Suggest and implement improvements to the quality assurance checklists and procedures over time.
• Assist in maintaining the Pricing Calculator, ensuring accuracy in pricing and service offerings.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure quality proposals are issued in a timely manner.

Skills Required:

• Strong analytical skills and financial modeling.
• Knowledge of pricing strategies and ability to apply them effectively.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Power BI as users, without the need for development skills.

Product Knowledge:

• Initial understanding of Fund Administration Core Products, with a commitment to expand knowledge across the Apex Group's product range.

• Detail-oriented, with a focus on process improvement and operational excellence.
• Ability to work in a dynamic team, supporting various aspects of the proposal process.
