to join theGlobalFP&ATeamwho have chosenPuneas their FP&AGlobalServiceCentre(GSC).  

The FP&APuneTeamstarted witha 7-member teamin 2021 in Phase1. Followingearly  

successes of thePuneteamand theneed for increased reportingto stakeholdersfollowinga  

high numberof recent businessacquisitions,theteam grewto 25 membersin 2022 in Phase 2.  

We nowhavea team of technically strongand energeticemployeesand middle management  

professionalsdeliveringan increasing numberof datasets, standardised deliverables,and  

improved analyticalreportingto assist theGlobalFP&Ateamin managingreportingfor the  

entire portfolio ofGroup Companies.  

The FP&Aorganisationalstructureisrelatively flat thereby increasingopportunitiesforeveryone  

to grow and build a successful career.  

Our Phase3 Punehiring is nowcommencing.We are lookingto expand theexistingteamto  

complement ourworld class high performingteam. Theseroles are expected to drivedata  

cleansing, standardised processingand be engagingwithbusiness, management, and finance  

teamsacross theglobe.  






The Role  

This is an excitingopportunity foraFinanceprofessionalto joina highperformingGlobalFP&A  

teamoperatingin a fast growthGlobalFinancialServicesorganisation.  

Inthis 3rd phase,there are a few openingsat all levels (Associate,Senior Associate,Assistant Vice  

President and Vice President).  

The GlobalFP&Ateamis functionally structured withGroupReporting(whichincludessynergy  

reportingas well), RevenuePartnering,PeopleCost Partneringand ExpensePartnering(all  

expensesexcept PeopleCost) as themain pillars. Recently wehavealso introduced and working  

towardssettingup a RegionalPartnership Team. The EntireTeam and each Pillar is led by  

extremely knowledgeable,experienced, dedicated, and professionalleaders. Withorganisational  

growththereis a need to expand theexisting FP&Ateamby creatinga GlobalServicecentre  

(GSC) whichwill help enhancethe overallfunctionality oftheFP&Aprofile.

Skills Required:

Minimumof2-15 years FinancialPlanning& Analysis experience(Dependingonthe
