The Client Operations Specialist plays a pivotal role in orchestrating a smooth and efficient client onboarding experience. As a key member of the Operations team, you will be responsible for managing and organizing incoming client requests, ensuring a timely and professional response. You will also play a central role in coordinating with various internal teams to streamline the client onboarding process.
  • Design, develop, and implement automated solutions using various low-code tools.
  • Model and manage relational databases:
    • Analyze and assess existing database structures for efficiency and future-proofing capabilities.
    • Identify opportunities for optimization in terms of data entry guidelines, automation, and integrations.
    • Update and maintain databases while implementing data quality control measures.
  • Develop dashboards to visualize and communicate key data insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and assess business processes.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of implemented solutions.
  • Create and maintain documentation for automated processes, workflows, and data models.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for automated processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging automation technologies and data management best practices, proactively seeking out opportunities to optimize processes.
Skills Required & Qualification
  • 3-5 years of experience [MG3] in business operations, process automation, data management, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in information management systems, operations management, business, data science, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of automation tools such as VBA, Power BI, Airtable, or equivalent.
  • Experience working with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL) and project management software.
  • Stakeholder management capabilities to develop ideas, identify opportunities, and resolve conflicts.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, business acumen and communication skills.
  • A growth mindset and agile approach to problem-solving.
