Bridge Fund Management Ltd. (‘Bridge’), an Apex Group company, is an independent third party UCITS Management & AIFM.
As Bridge continues a period of significant growth, it is seeking to add AVP3 level roles to its Distribution & Marketing Team (‘DMT Team’).
Bridge has extensively developed its distribution framework in assisting clients to gain investor inflows and grow AUM via Bridge partnership arrangements.
The DMT Senior Operations Analyst will work closely with the Designated Person for Distribution at Bridge along with the heads of distribution and sales teams of our clients to put in place and monitor appropriate distribution strategies for our funds under management. The successful candidate will be provided with a unique opportunity to learn and gain exposure to regional marketing requirements and local and global distribution channels that support and facilitate our clients capital raising efforts.
This will include:
- establishing links for funds under management to the 100+ Bridge distribution partner arrangements;
- further developing the distribution footprint of Bridge’s own fund umbrellas;
- ownership and maintenance of the distribution frameworks for funds under management;
- developing relationships with, and undertaking monitoring and, due diligence of, our third-party distributors and platform partners..
- learn and understand global distribution channels and frameworks
In your first few weeks in this DMT Senior Operations Analyst role, you can expect to:
- Coordinate Fund Marketing Registrations with the appointed Registration Agent
- Oversee all deliverables to local regulators and local service providers, ensuring requirements are met
- Assist with client queries regarding registration requirements in specified jurisdictions, including fees, appointment of local agents, timelines for registration, translation requirements and oversight of continued reporting obligations in each jurisdiction

- 4+ years of financial service experience, preferably with exposure to the fund industry
- Excellent communication skills with experience in managing multiple internal and external relationships
- The ability to work accurately to tight deadlines
- Working knowledge of MS Office suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
