Apex Group has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Associate Director to join our inclusive and collaborative team in Saint Helier. This full-time private equity administration role offers an attractive salary and benefits package.

As an Associate Director, you will support Line Managers in delivering the operational service to clients. You will also support and participate in ad hoc projects that aim to improve the operational activities of the business and assist in the development and delivery of excellent service to assigned client relationships.

In your first few weeks in this Associate Director role, you can expect to:

  • Support the Operations Director and Senior Team in the running of the operational business
  • Supervise a group of team managers and their teams
  • Have overall responsibility for ensuring your teams are up-to-date with revenue recording, invoicing and collection processes
  • Participate in the new business process in relation to prospective clients and the onboarding of new clients
  • Act as director on client boards.

To apply for this Associate Director role, you will need relevant experience working in a managerial capacity in a financial institution, preferably within a Private Equity Fund Administration environment. In addition, you should have excellent inter-personal skills and technical experience from a background in fund administration.
