IMA Manager

Description
This is a fixed term maternity cover to manage the IMA department and team to ensure the efficient delivery of client services and meeting the required SLAs. You will work with the Client Services department to manage client relationships for existing and prospective clients including projects and on boarding.
 
Job specification  
  • Manage IRESS operations
    • Transaction capture
    • Security database maintenance
    • Update internal procedure documentation;
    • Managed account reporting
  • Oversee staff training and development 
  • Manage client relationships, attending meetings and regular client contact;
  • Other ad hoc responsibilities as required.
Skills Required:
  • 2+ years management/Team leader experience
  • Tertiary qualified in Business discipline
  • 5+ years experience in the financial services industry with exposure to the trade process flow
  • Knowledge of IRESS (IPS) will be an advantage.
  • Strong practical understanding of the processing of the tax characteristics of Australian trust distributions.
