AML (Transfer Agency Team)
Apex Group is seeking an Assistant Vice President AML (Transfer Agency Team) in either Dublin or Limerick and the hybrid role comes with a generous salary and benefits package.
As an Assistant Vice President, you will be servicing existing clients and onboarding investors in line with AML requirements and internal/external SLAs. You will also be liaising with Offshore and local teams to ensure timely turnaround on reviews and queries. This position requires attending Board meetings and onsite Due Diligence visits.
In your first few weeks in this Assistant Vice President role, you can expect to:
- Provide AML servicing for existing client base in addition to new clients
- Onboard investors in line with AML requirements
- Ensure all deliverables are met and any anticipated delays are escalated
- Relay full CDD requirements to investors in relation to new investors, periodic reviews, and trigger points
- Respond to investors on AML-related queries and AML escalations in a timely manner.
