Apex is seeking an experienced, hands-on Trust & Escrow Manager to join our Corporate team in London. This full-time financial services hybrid role is based in Saint Helier and comes with a generous salary and benefits package.

 

As a Trust and Escrow Manager, you will have direct responsibility for take-on and servicing a portfolio of escrow appointments and a variety of other trust and corporate appointments.

 

If you were already in this Trust and Escrow Manager role, here are some of the areas you would have been working in this week:

  • Coordinating and carrying out the take-on of new transactions in accordance with established procedures and company policies
  • Ensuring that the team’s day to day administration is carried out within the framework of the relevant governing trust deed or agreement and, where appropriate, regulatory legislation
  • Approving tax returns and VAT calculations ensuring that payments of tax are effected as and when due and reviewing annual accounts prepared by Operators and Accountants prior to audit
  • Considering proposals affecting the rights, protections and remedies of Beneficiaries by interpretation and application of.
