The Digital Media Buyer is required to develop, recommend, execute, and evaluate digital media plans from inception to completion with moderate oversight. The Digital Media Buyer should be able to work fairly independently once given project parameters, goals and budgets to develop a sound recommendation with clear rationale. Additionally, the Digital Media Buyer will provide actionable campaign insights to both internal teams and key stakeholders. Digital Media Buyers work closely with Clients and Publishers to deliver exceptional service throughout the digital media buying lifecycle. 


  • Analyze and provide clients with research data and media/marketing information
  • Work collaboratively with team members to develop and manage media plans for Digital
  • Execute sophisticated paid media campaigns across a variety of digital platforms including Programmatic, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google Adwords, etc.
  • Conduct industry research using various media tools such as AdIntel, Pathmatics, eMarketer as well as general research via the web
  • Able to take on a client-facing role with moderate oversight from senior team
  • Act as digital media subject matter expert and lead on internal training and growth opportunities
  • Develop industry and partner POV’s with Manager’s oversight
  • Participate in the development of KPIs with Strategy
  • Evaluate partner proposals, negotiate plan details, develop plan, and ultimately present plan recommendations to internal stakeholders and clients
  • Identify and present new and emerging partners and opportunities in the marketplace
  • Oversee campaign implementation, optimization, and performance of campaign activities including authorizations, IO’s, budgets, creative, reporting and the billing and reconciliation process

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • 1-2+ years working in the digital media space, agency experience preferred
  • Familiarity with the advertising technology landscape and ecosystem (DSP's, SSP's, DMP's, 3rd Party Data/Verification/Optimization, Media Quality, etc.)
  • Experience managing multiple, competing priorities, duties and/or projects.
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, colleagues, and vendors
  • Strong written, verbal communication and negotiation skills. Good presentation skills a plus
  • Required PC proficiency and solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
