The Senior Applications Developer candidate should have a strong background in developing and supporting integrations implemented using Azure logic apps, Power Automate and .NET technologies. The candidate should have knowledge to help build out requirements in the application to help facilitate the implementation of integrations and other application developments requested by the business. This position will help gather, document, and review business requirements, and will work with a team of experienced Enterprise Architects, Technical Architects, other Developers, the Quality Assurance (QA) team. This position will have an in-depth understanding of unique business needs that are required to be processed within IT Integrations Development team. The candidate will need to have excellent written and oral communication skills with all levels of business stakeholders.

 

Primary responsibilities will include:

  • Designing, developing, and supporting integration solutions using Logic Apps, Power Automate, Azure functions and .NET technologies to connect various systems and applications
  • Supporting the system on issue resolution and reported bugs from the business teams
  • Supporting the business teams in understanding how the system works based on what is configured in Anthology’s current system and if there is potential for optimizing the business process in the future. This involves working closely with process owners, understanding the system functions, analyzing and triaging issues, communicating with users, and resolving and monitoring the issue resolution process
  • Supporting integrations operations and updates, system monitoring and maintenance, application management, and other technical tasks ensuring that the Integrations are functioning as efficiently as possible

 

The Candidate:

Required skills/qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 5-7 years of experience supporting integrations and web applications
  • Experience with Azure cloud platform and Azure DevOps
  • Knowledge of API management and microservices architecture
  • Proven experience in developing integration solutions using Azure Logic Apps and Azure functions
  • Hands on experience in SQL Server and database management concepts
  • Experience in both support and development roles
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, manage time effectively, and have the propensity to handle urgent interruptions professionally
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
