Primary responsibilities will include:
- Designing and implementing solutions for the area of the application owned by the team
- Taking ownership of the team’s product areas running in production
- Learning and applying new system design responsibilities
- Resolving production issues and defects for solutions owned by the team
- Ensuring proper team and inter-team communication practices
- Identifying issues with internal team communication practices
The Candidate:
Required skills/qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or relevant field
- 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Technical exposure to Microsoft technologies (C#, ASP.Net) with experience in web-based application development
- Experience with .NET/.NET Core, MVC, Web API
- Experience with CSS, JavaScript, and one or more UI frameworks (Angular, React, etc.)
- Experience with database systems (SQL Server)
- Exposure to unit testing frameworks (MS Unit and QUnit testing)
- Exposure to version control systems like Git
- Familiarity with Agile development tools such as Azure DevOps or equivalent
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Debugging and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment, comfortable with direct communication with all levels of technical and business resources
- Fluency in written and spoken English
Preferred skills/qualifications:
- Experience with Azure cloud platforms
- Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines
