Anthology is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Product Marketing Specialist to join our Product Marketing team. This role is essential in driving product utilization and adoption across our diverse suite of EdTech solutions. By fostering product engagement and promoting new features, the Product Marketing Specialist will have a direct impact on enhancing customer experiences and supporting business growth through renewals.

 

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Planning, promoting, and managing product roadmap webinars, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and maximum impact
  • Developing engaging and informative product newsletters to communicate updates, best practices, and feature highlights to our customer base
  • Writing compelling product release content and blogs that showcase new features and customer benefits
  • Collaborating with Product Marketing Managers, Product Managers, and Marketing teams to align messaging and ensure a cohesive approach to product communication
  • Analyzing results of initiatives to inform marketing strategies and improve results
  • Supporting various product marketing initiatives, including (but not limited to) presentations, product messaging, and other activities as assigned

 

The Candidate:

Required skills/qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Education, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in Product Marketing or Marketing (SaaS, EdTech, or Higher-Ed experience preferred)
  • Strong writing skills with a talent for storytelling that drives action, with a focus on clarity and conciseness
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency in webinar platforms and tools (experience with Webex and Teams a plus)
  • A collaborative mindset and eagerness to work across teams to achieve shared goals
  • Ability to adhere and align copy and content creation within branding strategy and guidance
  • Fluency in written and spoken English at CEF B2 level or above
