We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Channel Partner & Alliances Marketing Manager focused on driving growth and engagement through our strategic partnerships. This role will be pivotal in developing and executing global partner-focused marketing strategies that drive demand, increase brand visibility, and accelerate. This role will focus on developing co-marketing initiatives with our partners to engage the education sector across various regions, and partner closely with alliances to expand our reach and drive revenue growth within these high-impact sectors.

 

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in channel partner and alliances marketing and the ability to collaborate across multiple global teams to drive marketing success.

 

Primary responsibilities will include:

  • Creating and executing comprehensive channel and alliance marketing strategies that support partner engagement
  • Developing co-branded campaigns, materials, and events that align with company objectives and driving demand through the international partner network
  • Leading the design, execution, and optimization of partner marketing campaigns, including webinars, email campaigns, joint events, social media, and digital marketing efforts, ensuring localization where necessary
  • Fostering strong relationships with key channel partners to understand their regional needs, co-develop marketing initiatives, and ensure the alignment of our global strategies with local market goals
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key strategic alliances, including technology partners, systems integrators, and resellers. Collaborating with alliance teams to create marketing plans and lead joint go-to-market strategies that drive demand and pipeline growth
  • Monitoring and analyzing the performance of partner marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve ROI
  • Working with internal teams to create co-branded marketing assets, including whitepapers, case studies, presentations, and more that resonate with educators and decision-makers in the education sector across different countries

 

The Candidate:

Required skills/qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • At least 8 years of experience in channel or partner marketing, preferably in the EdTech or technology industries
  • Proven experience in alliances management, ideally within a technology, SaaS, or enterprise software environment and developing successful marketing programs with channel partners
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously
  • Proficient in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and digital marketing platforms
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple stakeholders
  • Fluency in written and spoken English

 

Preferred skills/qualifications:

  • Experience working with global channel partners and understanding of regional market differences
  • Familiarity with content creation for the education sector, including regional adaptations
  • Experience in co-marketing or joint marketing initiatives on a global scale
