The SENA IT Apprentice is expected to support the Information Technology (IT) team with:
- Installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting computers, printers, phones, and other peripheral equipment
- Provisioning/shipping of computer equipment according to business needs
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues for Windows
- Completing software installations
- Tracking inventory, asset administration, and storage coordination
The Candidate:
Required skills/qualifications:
- General understanding about building, configuring, and troubleshooting computers
- Familiar with MS Office computer applications, including Word and Excel, and willingness to learn new technology systems
- Ability to ask questions to determine nature of problem
- Analytical and strong attention to detail
- Ability to establish good relationships with all departments and colleagues
- Ability to communicate with all levels and company departments
Preferred skills/qualifications:
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues for MAC
- Basic knowledge of English, CEFR (A1-A2)
