Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is hiring Speech Language Pathologist Assistants (SLPA) to provide in-home therapy services for children with communication, feeding, and developmental needs.
As a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant, you will work under the supervision of a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to deliver high-quality, one-on-one therapy that helps children build essential communication and functional skills.
This role is ideal for a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) who is passionate about pediatric care and making a meaningful impact through hands-on therapy support.

What You’ll Do
Deliver speech therapy interventions under the supervision of a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising Speech Language Pathologist
Support children with speech, language, communication, and feeding/swallowing needs
Assist in improving functional communication and independence
Educate and guide families on therapy carryover techniques
Monitor patient progress and report updates to the supervising Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
Coordinate care with clinical team members
Document all therapy services in EMR
Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards
Qualifications
Required:
Active Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) license (Texas) (unable to assist with 25 clinical hours)
Current CPR certification
Preferred:
At least 1+ year of pediatric or home health experience
Experience with feeding and swallowing therapy
Schedule & Flexibility
