Job Description:    
Angels of Care is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our clinical leadership team in Colorado. As the Therapy Clinical Manager, you will have the ability to use your clinical skills while working in a strategic business environment. The Clinical Supervisors primary responsibility involves the overall management and evaluation of clinical practice. The Clinical Manager will provide leadership, coordination, and day-to-day management for all aspects of the assigned clinical responsibilities in a manner that ensures high quality, cost-effective care. He or she will perform activities that contribute to the achievement of the company’s strategic goals and initiatives. Daily organization, completion of individual therapy visits and other services will be assigned or required. Duties include but are not limited to the following responsibilities below.   
Responsibilities:   
  1. Clinical Documentation Oversight
  2. Clinical Mentor
  3. Clinical Supervision and Support of Licensed Therapists & Licensed Therapist Assistants
  4. Caseload Quota
  5. Supervision of a Therapist Assistant(s) or Clinical Fellow(s)
  6. Business Development
  7. Reporting
  8. Other Tasks Assigned by Supervisor
 Requirements:   
  • SLP/OT/PT certification
  • Colorado State (DORA) license
  • Current CPR certification
  • A minimum of 1 yr. of experience
  • Travel from Denver to Fort Collins

Pay Range: $80,000 - $100,000
