Summary of Position:

Proven customer support experience or experience as a client liaison. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening. Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

The Orientation Coordinator will act as administrative support for the office. Job duties will include but are not limited to:
 Facilitates orientation process for all new field and office employees.
 Completes onboarding process including entering employee information and scanning/filing
documents for new employees.
 Takes orientation questions via phone call, in person and email.
 Helps with Employee Records, as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintains a current awareness of the abilities and limitations of each field staff/clinician.
Demonstrates good judgment in assigning duties appropriate to each clinician.
• Maintains an active involvement in issues of cost containment; effectively utilizes clinician when
assigning cases.
• Demonstrates an ability to identify and solve problems; uses initiative and good judgment to reach
quality decisions.
• Demonstrates an ability to communicate effectively and express ideas clearly and actively listens.
• Maintains an excellent rapport with clients and clinicians and effectively promotes harmonious
interpersonal relationships.
• Works the after-hours on call phone on some days after normal 9a-5p office hours including
weekend and holidays per business need.

Highly developed verbal and written communication skills required
 Proficiency with Microsoft business products with the ability to build spreadsheets, analyze data,
and present clear and concise reports.
