The Position:
The Therapy Case Coordinator will act as administrative support for the Colorado therapy team. Job duties may include but are not limited to:
- Assisting with coordinating therapy services for patients
- Scheduling clinical visits
- Assisting in managing the patient record
- Interacting with physician's offices
- Maintaining relationships with inner office staff and field staff
- Basic office tasks such as scanning, faxing, filing documents electronically
Are You the Right Candidate?
Please apply if you have the following qualifications.
- High school Diploma or GED
- Preferred minimum of 1 year experience in administrative/office setting or related field
- Preferred minimum of 1 year experience working in the home health or related field
- Proficient in multi-tasking, organization, and Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent customer service skills
