Summary of Position:
Responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties, including greeting guests, answering phones, handling company inquiries in a courteous manner in addition to sorting and distributing faxes.
- Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Receiving all incoming calls and personal visitors and determines the nature of the call or visit and routes appropriately in a professional, courteous manner.
- Independently answers routine inquiries by providing general information.
- Demonstrates ability to be flexible, adapt to change, stay organized, and function under stressful situations.
- Uses the computer to enter, access, and retrieve data.
- Orders supplies for staff and patients.
- Routes faxes to the appropriate department.
- Ability to be flexible in helping other departments or on special projects.

Pay Range : $15-$16/hr
