Pay Range : $22-$24/hr

 
Summary of Position:
Provides office support to all patients within your case management coordination load . Show exemplary
skills in Microsoft t Office Word, Excel, Outlook, and many other programs. Coordinate with different
departments to the company standards of workmanship to ensure all patient care is handled.
Communicate with all parties involved with a patient to promote unity and provide higher satisfaction.
Meet all deadlines weekly without complaint and ensure all is handled.

The Position:

We are looking for a Clinical Management Coordinator who will work closely with the RN Authorization Case Managers in our nursing department. Job duties include but are not limited to:

  • Following up on patient paperwork and ensuring all documents are on file
  • Contacting MD’s and Managed Care Organizations/Health plans to follow up on authorization requests
  • Assisting RN Authorization Case Managers with patient paperwork and tasks
  • Clerical tasks, such as filing, scanning, etc.
