Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is hiring Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) to provide in-home therapy services for children and young adults with developmental, physical, and sensory needs.
This role is ideal for clinicians who are passionate about helping patients build independence and improve quality of life in a supportive, home-based setting.

What You’ll Do
Implement occupational therapy treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist
Provide skilled interventions to support physical, cognitive, sensory, and social/emotional development
Assist patients with ADLs, feeding, and functional independence skills
Educate, coach, and empower families and caregivers for carryover in daily routines
Develop and instruct home exercise programs for continued progress
Document care and coordination in an electronic medical record system
Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with all regulatory standards
Qualifications
Required:
Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in Colorado
Graduate of an ACOTE-accredited OTA program
Current CPR certification
Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
Preferred:
1+ year of experience as a COTA
Pediatric or home health experience
