Program Manager
Description
The Program Manager provides leadership and oversight for assigned programs, initiatives, processes, or platforms. This position is responsible for translating organizational priorities into actionable plans, coordinating execution across stakeholders, monitoring performance, and ensuring assigned programs achieve established operational, quality, service, and business objectives.
The Program Manager partners with leaders and key stakeholders to strengthen processes, support organizational initiatives, manage change, and improve overall program effectiveness. The role promotes accountability, effective decision-making, continuous improvement, collaboration, and responsible use of organizational resources.
In this role, you will:
- Provide leadership and oversight for assigned programs, initiatives, processes, or platforms, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and performance expectations.
- Translate strategic and departmental priorities into clear objectives, implementation plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities and stakeholders to support effective program execution and achievement of established goals.
- Establish, monitor, and communicate program performance measures, milestones, risks, dependencies, and outcomes.
- Identify operational gaps, emerging risks, and opportunities for improvement and develop solutions that strengthen efficiency, scalability, and effectiveness.
- Lead or support implementation of new programs, processes, technologies, policies, or organizational initiatives.
- Ensure assigned programs and activities operate in accordance with applicable organizational policies, standards, contractual requirements, and regulatory expectations.
- Evaluate program priorities, capacity, workflows, and resource needs and recommend adjustments that support sustainable performance.
- Build effective working relationships across departments and serve as a point of coordination and escalation for program-related issues.
- Provide guidance, coaching, or functional oversight to employees, project teams, or program contributors as assigned.
- Maintain appropriate program governance, documentation, reporting, communication, and decision-making processes.
- Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, integrity, and organizational effectiveness.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of progressive experience in program management, project management, business operations, or a related professional field required.
- Experience leading cross-functional programs, implementations, process improvements, or organizational initiatives required.
- Experience using performance metrics, reporting, and data to evaluate outcomes and support decision-making required.
- Experience supporting organizational change, workflow improvement, standardization, or growth initiatives preferred.
- Experience providing leadership, coaching, or functional oversight to employees, project teams, or cross-functional stakeholders preferred.
- Experience within a regulated or complex operating environment preferred.
