Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is hiring Speech Language Pathologists (SLP), Speech Language Pathologist Assistants (SLPA), and Clinical Fellows to provide in-home therapy services for children with communication, feeding, and developmental needs.
Whether you are an experienced Speech Language Pathologist, a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant, or a Clinical Fellow, this role offers the opportunity to deliver meaningful, one-on-one care while helping children build lifelong skills.
As a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP), Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA), or Clinical Fellow, you will play a critical role in improving communication, independence, and quality of life for pediatric patients.

What You’ll Do
Provide evidence-based speech therapy in the home and community
Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans (Speech Language Pathologist / SLP)
Implement treatment plans under supervision (Speech Language Pathologist Assistant / SLPA and Clinical Fellow)
Deliver interventions targeting speech, language, cognitive, feeding/swallowing, and social/emotional development
Educate and empower families and caregivers
Coordinate care with physicians and referral partners
Develop home programs to ensure continued progress
Document all care and services in EMR
Maintain compliance with clinical and regulatory standards
Qualifications
Required:
Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) license, or eligibility for Clinical Fellow program
ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) or actively pursuing (for Speech Language Pathologist / Clinical Fellow)
Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program (Speech Language Pathologist / Clinical Fellow)
Current CPR certification
Preferred:
1+ year of pediatric or home health experience
Experience with feeding and swallowing therapy
