Business Development Associate    

Location: Collin, Grayson and Denton County, TX 

Pay Range: $50,000 - $60,000    

The Business Development Associate is responsible for developing a market/territory with general sales activity, communications and marketing of Angels of Care servicesBusiness Development Associate will do so by calling on referral sources such as case managers, discharge planners, referral coordinators and physicians in their perspective territoryA successful BDA will have good communication skills with the internal team, clients and referral source to help AOC understand the needs and expectations of our clients and their families.     
  
   
  
Job Duties and Responsibilities   
  
  • Marketing the AOC culture and services we provide   
  • Build and maintain a relationship with referral sources/Community Partners   
  • Establish daily, weekly, and monthly sales plan to achieve goals and objectives   
  • Representing the company at local/regional events   
  • Provide support and assistance to our clients throughout and beyond the onboarding process   
  • Serve as a liaison between the client and our referral source   
  • Tracking and leading the process from referral to SOC   
  
   
  
Requirements & Preferred Skills   
  
  • Excellent Customer Service, Social and interpersonal skills   
  • Must have good time management skills   
  • Experience in healthcare, client relations, customer service, and/or related experience   
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision   
  • Strong oral and written communication   
  
   
  
  
Performance Expectations   
  
  • The goal of the BDA  is to ensure the agency adds and maintains satisfied and happy clients   
  • The performance will be measured by the reduction of client discharges   
  • The BDA will work under a BDE to be fully trained, maintain improvements in work performance, and set goals and plans to achieve them.   
  • The BDA will be evaluated and reviewed based on individual and territory goals.   
  • BDA’s will be expected to maintain professional relationships with referral sources and internal and external support services
