Clinical Manager (PT/OT)

 

Job Summary

A leader that demonstrates client based heart, advocacy, love and outreach, and integrates these qualities into the culture of clinician and non-clinician employees, compliance standards, recruiting, marketing, client treatment and business development.

Pay Range: $65,000-$75,000

Responsibilities

  • Ensures compliance with all State and Federal regulations, payer regulations, and Angels of Care policies and procedures
  • Supervision and mentorship of field therapists in appropriate services, documentation, safety, communication, software utilization, supervision of assistant requirements and licensing requirements.
  • Educate non-clinicians, clients, business partners, etc. in benefits and process of therapy evaluation, payer authorization and treatment.
  • Completes clinical evaluations, routine visits, and supervision of therapy assistants as assigned.
  • Involvement in marketing, recruiting, and community outreach
  • Data collection and reporting
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements: 

  • Education: Master's, or Doctorate degree in an accredited Therapy discipline (PT/OT)
  • Licensure/Certifications
    • Current State License in good standing as a Therapist
    • Current Driver's License
    • CPR Certified
    • SLPs must have Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech Language Pathology
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 3 years of pediatric experience as a licensed therapist and supervisory experience over a therapist assistant
    • Feeding Experience Preferred
    • Minimum of 1 year of pediatric home health experience
