Full-time | On-site | Monday - Friday, daytime business hours (plus occasional on-call)
 
The Manager of Client Care is a leadership role responsible for guiding the Client Care Coordinator (CCC) Team and ensuring patients are certified, recertified, and discharged in a timely, compliant, and customer-focused manner. This position requires strong customer service orientation, adaptability, and effective communication skills, along with the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and lead a team with confidence. The Manager of Client Care directly supports our HALOS customer service 
commitment to clients, families, and employees.
 
In this role, you will:
  • Lead, develop, and support coordinators (CCCs, CCs, and OCs) and team leads.
  • Provide second-level escalation support for nurses and parents.
  • Foster team growth by ensuring team leads conduct consistent, supportive weekly 1:1s with their team members.
  • Identify and solve problems with initiative, sound judgment, and quality decision-making.
  • Approve PRN placements at lower margins as part of responsible resource management.
  • Maintain awareness of each CCC and CCC Lead’s abilities and limitations; assign duties with sound judgment.
  • Stay knowledgeable on all CCC training materials, processes, and procedures.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with CCCs, clients, and clinicians; promote a collaborative and harmonious team environment.
  • Ensure CCC team members contact each family at least once during every certification period.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of supervisory/management experience
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred (but not required)
