Job Summary
We are seeking a strategic and technical HR Digital Transformation Consultant to lead our transition into a data-driven, technology-enabled HR function. You will be responsible for assessing our current HR landscape, identifying digital opportunities, and overseeing the deployment of advanced HR tools (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle Cloud). Your goal is to automate routine tasks, improve the employee lifecycle, and provide leadership with actionable workforce insights.

Your goal is to automate routine tasks, improve the employee lifecycle, and provide leadership with actionable workforce insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Develop and execute a digital HR strategy aligned with broader business objectives, focusing on scalability and user adoption.
- System Implementation: Lead the selection, configuration, and integration of HR technology stacks, including HRIS, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and self-service portals.
- Process Optimization: Conduct audits to identify inefficiencies and apply automation (RPA) or AI solutions to streamline payroll, recruitment, and performance management.
- Change Management: Act as a change agent, developing communication plans and training programs to ensure smooth transitions and high digital literacy across the organization.
- Data Governance & Analytics: Design real-time dashboards for key metrics like turnover and engagement while ensuring strict compliance with GDPR or CCPA data privacy standards.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with IT, Finance, and C-suite leadership to secure buy-in for digital investments and report on transformation ROI.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or Business Administration.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in HR transformation, HRIS consulting, or a similar digital strategy role.
- Technical Proficiency: Mastery of major HR platforms (e.g., Workday, Oracle HCM, SAGE) and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical teams.
- Methodologies: Proficiency in Agile or Lean Six Sigma project management frameworks.
Preferred Certifications
- Prosci Change Management Certification
- SHRM-CP/SCP or CIPD
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
